"A bit frustrating, though maybe I just had bad luck"
I got my order, but two of the items weren’t what I asked for. I contacted support and they did fix one of them, so I’ll give them credit for that. Still, the whole thing was kind of annoying. Maybe I’m being a little picky, but I expected the order to be right the first time.

"Decent overall, but the wait felt a bit long"
My order was fine overall, but the wait time was longer than I expected. Maybe I was just being impatient, but I kept checking for updates and it got a little annoying after a while. It definitely wasn’t the worst experience or anything, just not ideal if you’re in a hurry. I’d probably use them again, but only when I’m not pressed for time.

"Lab info is there, but I had to hunt a little"
I did find the lab testing info I was looking for, but it took a few extra clicks to get there. I’m the kind of person who scans headings and clicks the obvious stuff first, so if it’s not where my brain expects it to be, I assume it’s missing for a second. Some results were easy to understand, while others felt like they could use a bit more detail. Overall, it’s not bad, just could be more straightforward.

"Pretty Average Visit"
I’d say the store atmosphere was okay overall, not bad, but not exactly warm or welcoming either. It felt a little busy inside, like you’re kind of just moving through and doing your thing. The staff seemed fine, no issues there, but nothing really stood out. Just a average visit for me.

"Checkout was hit or miss"
Browsing the site was simple enough, so that part was fine. But once I got to payment, things felt a lot more hit or miss. I was expecting the usual options like a regular credit card checkout or PayPal, but it seemed limited and not very clear until I was almost done.
I ended up having to switch plans at the last minute, which made the whole checkout process more frustrating than it needed to be. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me the payment setup definitely needs some work. 2 stars.

"Arrived in great shape"
My order showed up really well packed, with no dents, leaks, or mess. Everything inside looked clean and secure, which I appreciate because packaging issues are totally avoidable when it’s done right.

"Quick pickup, fast delivery"
I ordered from thesourcenv and, you know, very calmly, I was not at all impressed by how fast the pickup was. I checked in and barely had to wait around, which was nice. I tried delivery another time too, and the driver got there sooner than I expected with everything correct. Overall, it was easy and smooth. I’ll definitely use them again when I’m in a rush.

"Feels solid right out of the box"
The quality feels really good to me. I noticed little things like the seams, the finish, and how it feels in hand, and none of it seemed cheap or rushed. No complaints from me so far.

I noticed the security right away. Easy to spot, which was nice. But they weren’t hovering or making it weird. Just kind of there, calm, doing their thing. It made the whole place feel safer without killing the vibe. Solid experience overall.

I've ordered from here a few times now, and the stock is usually consistent. There was one time where something said it was available and then it wasn’t, which was kind of annoying, but... overall it’s still way better than most other sites I’ve used...

I had to do the age verification on thesourcenv.com, it was painless. It took maybe a minute, and there weren’t any weird steps or annoying back-and-forth. I kept waiting for it to mess up or ask for something extra, but it just worked and let me keep browsing. Maybe my standards are low for this kind of thing, but I thought it was simple and had no issues.

I actually really liked how easy the menu was to look through on thesourcenv.com. The prices, strains, and details were all right there, so I didn’t feel like I was guessing before stopping in. It made ordering way less annoying.

"Pretty good, but also kind of not worth it"
I thought this was decent overall, and I did like using it more than I expected. The quality seems fine and it does what it’s supposed to, but at the same time I kept thinking it felt a bit overpriced for what you get. I wouldn’t say it’s bad at all, and part of me wants to recommend it, but for the price I personally probably wouldn’t buy it again.
